About
A USB adapter from Nabu Casa on the Silicon Labs MG24 radio, with an ESP32-S3 USB bridge and an external antenna. It runs either a Zigbee 3.0 network or a Thread network, not both at once, and needs a Home Assistant system.
Pairing
About 2 minutes. Add the device in the app or web interface for your hub.
- Go to Settings → Devices & services and open the ZHA integration.
- Choose Add device to start the scan.
- Pick the device when it appears, then assign it to an area.
- Open the Zigbee2MQTT frontend and turn on Permit join for the coordinator.
- Wait for the device to appear in the Devices list.
- Rename it and assign it to a room.
